Since your order is printed just for you, we aren’t responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit issues. Buyers assume all risks when choosing the variant and size of their purchase. To better help you choose the right size, we have provided a size chart on each product page.
Order Modifications
Within 24 hours since your order placement, you can contact our customer service team and request an order modification.
After that time frame, we’ve already started working on your order and you’ll no longer be able to modify it.
Order Cancellation
If you would like to cancel your order, please make sure to email us at support@oldschoolthings.com.
1. Within 12 hours from the purchasing time: please be well-informed that 10% of your total order value should be charged for a shipping label and a transaction fee on Payment Gateway.
2. Within 12-24 hours from the purchasing time: please be well-informed that 30% of your total order value should be charged for management, processing, a transaction fee on Payment Gateway and other process fees.
3. Every cancellation request made later than 24 hours, we’ve already started working on your order and you’ll no longer be able to modify or cancel it.
Damaged/Incorrect Order
At OldSchool, we are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, it might rarely happen that you receive a damaged item, poor-quality printing or incorrect product. If the case happens to you, we guarantee 100% satisfaction by offering you a free replacement order or a refund on the affected items.
All we need is your order number and a clear photo showing either the incorrect item, the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. Please email us at support@oldschoolthings.com and our helpful support staff will organize a reprint or a refund for you!
Noted:
+ We are using All-over printing technology. It means that all of our designs were printed on 100% polyester material. Therefore, we DO NOT offer a refund if the issue is related to the material.
+ We have already added a size chart to every product’s description. Therefore, we DO NOT offer a refund if you choose a size not fit for purpose.
Return policy
Because all products are personalized, we DO NOT offer return. But if the order was damaged or incorrect, we will offer refund or resend.
Order not received
If your item has not arrived within 40 days after your order placement, please contact us via our Contact Us page to request either a free replacement or a full refund of your purchase.

You provided incorrect or incomplete shipping information when placing your order.
Your parcel was undeliverable due to missed delivery attempts or an invalid address.
In cases of incorrect shipping details, packages are typically not returned to us by the courier. Therefore, we are unable to offer refunds or resends under these circumstances.
If you need to update your shipping information shortly after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@oldschoolthings.com so we can assist before your order is processed.
